Abdella M. Oumer

Abdella M. Oumer is an entrepreneur and has been working on a start-up development and social business project called CidbiG. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia, and postgraduate degree also in economics from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands. He also been active in a number of short-term training programmes, including on public policy analysis and international relations. In the past, he worked as a graduate assistant and as a lecturer at Haramaya University, Ethiopia and as a teacher at the University of Groningen. He has also participated in various research conferences worldwide as well as co-authored journal articles.
